Connect your systems so data moves on its own

When staff copy figures from one screen to another, mistakes and delays follow. We connect your applications, payment gateways, messaging services and accounting tools, and build APIs that let your systems work together.

The problem we solve

The hidden cost of retyping

Every manual transfer between systems costs time and invites errors: a payment recorded twice, a customer missing from the accounts, a stock figure that is a day out of date.

Integrations remove those steps. Done properly, they are monitored, secure and easy to change when a supplier or system changes.

What you get

What we connect

Payment gateways

Accept and reconcile payments through African gateways, with webhooks that update orders and invoices the moment money arrives.

SMS, email and WhatsApp

Transactional messages, one-time passcodes and alerts through SMS providers, email services and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Accounting and ERP

Sales, purchases and payments flowing into your accounting or ERP system, with fewer month-end surprises.

Custom APIs

Well-documented APIs that let partners, mobile apps and other systems use your data securely.

Data sync and migration

Scheduled or real-time sync between systems, and careful migration when you move from an old system to a new one.

Monitoring and alerts

Logging, retries and alerts, so a failed integration is noticed and fixed before it becomes a backlog.

Done properly

Integrations you can trust with money and data

Integrations often handle payments and personal data, so we treat them as critical systems, not scripts running in a corner.

  • Signed webhooks and verified callbacks, so fake payment notices are rejected
  • Secrets stored securely and rotated, never kept in code
  • Safe retries that never charge or record a payment twice
  • Documentation and runbooks, so your team knows what runs where

How it works

How an integration project runs

  1. Map

We list the systems, the data that moves between them and who relies on it.

  2. Design

We agree the approach (direct API, middleware or scheduled sync) plus error handling and security.

  3. Build and test

Built against test accounts and sandboxes, with real-world edge cases tested before go-live.

  4. Run

Monitoring, alerts and support, with changes made safely when providers update their APIs.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate with a system that has no API?

Often, yes: through database access, file exports, email parsing or, as a last resort, careful automation of the user interface. We explain how reliable each option is before you choose.

Which payment gateways do you work with?

We integrate the established African gateways and can work with your bank’s own APIs where they exist. The right choice depends on fees, settlement times and the payment methods your customers use.

What happens when a provider changes its API?

Under a support plan we watch for announced changes, test them and update your integration before the old version is switched off.

Do you build APIs for partners and mobile apps?

Yes, with authentication, rate limits, versioning and clear documentation, so partners can integrate without constant help from your team.
