Business email, files and cloud, set up properly

Professional email on your own domain, shared files people can find, and cloud services that are secure and sensibly priced. We set up, move and manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and cloud hosting for you.

The problem we solve

Free email and personal drives do not scale

Many organisations run on personal email accounts and files saved on individual laptops. It works until someone leaves, a laptop is stolen, or a client asks why your invoices come from a free email address.

Moving to a proper business platform fixes that, but only if it is set up carefully: domain records, security settings, sharing rules and licences all matter.

What you get

Cloud services, done right

Business email on your domain

Mailboxes, shared inboxes and aliases on your own domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail is trusted.

Safe migrations

Email, calendars and files moved from your old provider or from personal accounts with minimal disruption.

Files and collaboration

Shared drives, Teams or Google Chat, set up with a sensible structure and permissions.

Security settings

Multi-factor sign-in, sign-in rules, device policies and alerts configured, not left on defaults.

Licences and costs

The right plan for each person, unused licences removed, and clear advice on charges billed in foreign currency.

Cloud hosting

Websites, applications and file servers hosted with a major cloud provider or a local data centre, sized, secured and backed up.

Where your data lives

Cloud choices, explained honestly

Africa’s hyperscale cloud regions are in South Africa; elsewhere the major providers serve customers from there, Europe and other regions, and AWS has a Local Zone in Lagos. We explain what that means for speed, cost and data protection laws such as Nigeria’s NDPA, and recommend local hosting where it fits better.

  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace data is often stored outside your country
  • Personal data sent abroad needs a lawful basis under laws such as the NDPA
  • Some government and regulated workloads have residency rules
  • Local data centres can suit backups, latency-sensitive systems and residency needs

How it works

How a move to the cloud works

  1. Review

We look at your current email, files, domains and devices, and agree the target setup and licences.

  2. Prepare

Accounts created, security configured and domain records staged, with a timeline your staff know about.

  3. Move

Email, calendars and files migrated in planned stages, with the final switch timed for a quiet period.

  4. Settle in

Staff helped onto the new tools, old services closed, and the setup documented.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Both are excellent. Microsoft 365 suits organisations that live in Word, Excel and Outlook or need tighter device management; Google Workspace suits teams that work mostly in the browser. We compare them against how you work and what you already use.

Will we lose email during the move?

A well-planned migration copies mail in the background before the switch, so nothing is lost. There is a short window when new mail starts arriving in the new system, and we plan it for a quiet time.

Can you manage our licences?

Yes. We can manage your subscriptions, adjust them as people join and leave, and explain any charges billed in foreign currency.

Is our data safe in the cloud?

The major platforms are very secure, but most incidents come from weak settings and stolen passwords. We switch on multi-factor sign-in, configure the security features you are paying for, and back up what the platform does not.
