Is ERPMax off the shelf or custom?
Both. The standard modules cover the core of most organisations and are configured for you. Customisations and mobile apps are added where your processes need them, and we maintain them through upgrades.
Do the mobile apps work with poor connectivity?
They are designed for African networks: work can be recorded offline and synchronises with ERPMax when a connection returns.
Where is ERPMax hosted?
We host and monitor it for you, with backups and disaster recovery, or we can install it on infrastructure you control.
Can you move us from our current system?
Yes. We migrate customers, suppliers, items, stock and opening balances, reconcile them with you, and agree how older history stays accessible.
Does ERPMax handle NRS e-invoicing?
We connect ERPMax to the NRS e-invoicing platform as part of implementation, through the API or an accredited provider. See our NRS e-invoicing service.
