Enterprise platforms and tools, implemented and deployed for you

We choose, implement and deploy the platforms, applications and tools your organisation runs on: configured for your processes, branded where it matters, connected to your other systems and supported after go-live. That includes our own white-labelled email marketing platform.

The problem we solve

Platforms that work the way you do

Off-the-shelf subscriptions are a fine start, but per-user costs climb, foreign-currency billing moves with the exchange rate, and your data sits on someone else’s terms.

We deploy platforms properly for you: on hosting you control, under your brand, integrated with the systems you already use and set up to follow the data protection rules of the countries you serve.

What you get

From choosing a platform to running it

Selection

An honest comparison of open-source and commercial options against your needs, budget and growth plans.

Implementation

Configured for your processes, roles, approvals and reports, with data migrated and checked.

Deployment and hosting

On a cloud provider, a local data centre or your own servers, with single sign-on, backups and monitoring.

Integration

Connected to ERPMax, your website, CRM, payments and identity provider, so data is entered once.

Your brand

White-labelled under your name and domain where it matters to customers, members or staff.

Training and support

Staff trained by role, then updates, monitoring and help under a support plan.

Example: email marketing

Our white-labelled email marketing platform

A heavily customised email marketing platform that we deploy under your brand and domain and run for you. Campaigns, lists, automation and reporting are ready from day one, set up so your messages land in the inbox rather than spam.

  • Subscribers and consent: sign-up forms, double opt-in and a record of how each person agreed
  • Campaigns and automation: branded templates, welcome series and renewal reminders
  • Deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC, domain warm-up, bounces handled automatically
  • Reporting: deliveries, clicks and unsubscribes per campaign and segment

How it works

How a platform project runs

  1. Plan

We agree what the platform must do, who will use it and what it must connect to.

  2. Choose

A short list compared on fit, total cost and data control; you decide.

  3. Deploy

Installed, configured, branded and integrated in a test environment first.

  4. Migrate and train

Data moved across and checked; staff trained before go-live.

  5. Run

Hosting, updates, monitoring and support, as far as you want us involved.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you only use your own platforms?

No. We recommend what fits: established open-source or commercial platforms, our white-labelled email marketing platform, or a custom application when nothing else does the job.

Where will the platform be hosted?

Wherever suits your data, budget and users: a reputable cloud provider, a local data centre or your own servers. We explain the trade-offs, including data protection rules on storing personal data outside the country.

Is it legal to email our customers in Nigeria?

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you need a lawful basis for using personal data, and for marketing that usually means clear consent people can withdraw at any time. We build consent capture, records and easy unsubscribes into the platform. Your lawyer or data protection officer should confirm the basis for your particular lists.

Will our emails go to spam?

Nobody can promise inbox placement, but most problems come from missing authentication, poor list quality or sudden jumps in volume. We fix all three before you send and monitor your reputation afterwards.

Who owns the data?

You do. The data lives in your platform and your hosting account, and you can export it at any time.
